Mailing labels ..used to get them all the time. And nobody mails stuff anymore. They just sit it a drawer.
 
Just be patient. This is for real. Minnesota is long way from Miami. And have to change buses at Trailways Kansas City terminal. No direct bus from Minnesota to Miami.
 
If that response is real then it highlights everything currently wrong with the university.

"**** you we don't need your money, we've won 2 (1) ACC Coastal titles".

That's fake swag and, quite frankly, an amateur response.
