Renner to start against Miami

No reason this shouldn't be Canes by a score of massacre to 0.

Did you watch the GT game? If we play like we did in the first half of that game we're going to lose.

:rollcanes:

rok you done bumped yo head

GT was driving down the field up 17-7 before Renfrow made a play. We're the better team, but momentum plays a big role in cfb. We can't pussyfoot around on Thursday and expect to climb our way out of another hole.

Different team, different offense

UNC's offense wont eat the clock like GT's offense does, Miami could turn the ball over just as many times in the 1st half and still cover the spread easily.

First of all, Forget Renner, he is trash this year. Bernard made him look good last year and who should be worried about facing a team who gave up 55 to ECU at home?!

Why do people keep bringing this up to make a point. Its apples to oranges. GT gimmick offense ran a new formation that we weren't able to adjust to till halftime from an offense that is already a pain in the *** to defend. UNC offense is in a completely different realm. Will their offense give us problems, yeah most likely but it has nothing to do with how we played against GT in the first half. We just needed to solve that riddle and with our O scoring at will and quickly, adjustments had to wait till half. We have to pressure Renner and bracket that **** TE which is very good and I think we will be fine against their Offense. Now their Defense has always gave us fits and I never understood it. We have to be patient and take the check downs and eventually we will begin to roll. Only take shots when they are open, no need to force anything!
