The recruiting nerds and local xenophobes were in full out circle jerk mode. Here are the things that were proclaimed:

"With Coley here, we will shut down south florida"

"Coley connects with recruits b/c he GETS south florida"

"Local coaches love Coley"

HOW DID THAT WORK OUT?

You don't hire head coaches, coordinators, or EVEN important position coaches for their ability to recruit. It NEVER WORKS. It never will work. Our current staff is littered with "great recruiters", who are so clueless as to coaching the actual game that they are forced to retain D'Onofrio b/c no one else knows how to call a defense.

No coach is going to "Stack us with talent" unless he wins big, and wins big FAST.

I'm withholding judgement on Coley till after season ends. Who knows what impact golden had on his play calling
 
its 2015. i dont care if you set up an actual electric fence NO ONE is shutting down other schools from recruiting south florida. money wins recruits, whoever has the most wins.
 
I think Coley has a very good rep in sofla and he has a good eye for talent. Not his fault he worked for a man who was not liked in sofla/.
 
I'm almost at the point of rooting against the offense now, STILL, just to get these xenophobic cubans off Coley and Mario's ****.
 
Hes been a mess since hes been here, he helped with a ton his furst year but after that a complete disaster

And hes horrible as a OC maybe the worse in the conference

Amazing, it's always someone else's fault when a corch fails to deliver.

Again, if Coley's great skill of recruiting is solely dependent on his HC, then he is USELESS. Can you follow this logic?

The love for Coley by some is awfully close to the undue love Swasey gets.

Its true I want you to think of who would be on our team without coley?

No brad , no stacey , no joe. Those are just 3 dont get me wrong he cant coach but the recruiting part is good on his end

OH NO!! What would we ever do without three total kids this clown brought in! As if Miami has never recruited 5 star WRs and RBs before!!!

Maybe if he could coach even a LITTLE bit, our offense would be sick and we'd have ten times as many south florida studs wnating to play for us.

How many elite SFla studs have left the area b/c the team looks like trash, regardless of Corley's "cool tweets"
 
I from day 1 did not like the hire, Golden did not interview anybody else and with in a week he hired Coley, Golden being a young coach hired a OC that never called plays before ( horrible move neither one had experience ) and then he hired Tim Ice Harris, how in the living **** was Ice going to help us in any way!!!! BLIND LEADING THE BLIND, Ice is a good fit with a team of good coaches

Well tell your countrymen to stop making god awful suggestions based on their heritage. That's the only reason why people like these clowns and it makes me sick.
 
You guys are on one today... I think the whole staff needs to be replaced but I give credit where its due. He can recruit and that's about it
