It's a sidenote but the local educational/political "establishment" up there tried to railroad him prior to his confirmation over complete nonsense they were trying to frame as discrepancies in his resume. Our boy basically told them to F-off and that he stands by everything. Needless to say, he eventually still got the job and is still in it so he's probably doing fine.
