Refs were bad

I could have sworn I lip read Mario saying "F*ck you" to somebody on the other side of the field for that bs after they did that to draw a false start with our O inside their 5 in the 2nd half.
I saw him yell three times at the ref about them calling false start instead of simulating the count.

I’m also not sure the CW announcers watched football before yesterday. During the too many men on the field, they froze it before the ball wasn’t snapped and then didn’t realize you could have 13 on the field up until the ball was snapped.

Also yelling about pass interference when their guys were running clear pick plays in the end zone.

Didn’t review this but manage to buzz in to review the too many men on the field after the punt and the ref already spotting the ball for us

Ball don’t lie as they fumbled the next play
I guess they gotta cross every T and dot every I after one of the head refs. Resigned after last weeks CUSE game:

Agreed. Pretty sure this is why Mario didn't GAF about "running up the score" and got Pringle that last touchdown. He wouldn't have done that against Bethune.

I love this version of Mario. It is how every good team becomes great. It allows lots of reps for the backups.

Notice every time USF moved ball we were running out the 2s. Then USF gets in scoring position and the ones stuff them normally in 3-4 plays. That gave the 2s a ton of reps and kept the ones well under the normal snap counts. It also doesn’t hurt to have an offense that basically can push the ball down field or just run the T for 4-6 yards a play. Haha (I know it was only used 2-3 times, still fun to do whatever the **** we want to opponents)

It also gives teams yet more film to have to prepare for. More players to consider.

On the play w too many men On field. It was 4th and 14. After penalty, it was 3rd and 9. How did they get an extra down?

They play by play guy was absurd. I think sometimes the announcers intentionally or otherwise cheer for the underdog hoping to have an exciting game and good story line. USF was the better team ”story”. But unfortunately for USF and the biased announcers and refs, UM was the much better team. F ‘em all

That was the worst officiating I've seen in LOOOONG time. The calls they missed weren't even bang bang plays.

USF had one penalty for 0 yards until they got hit with that late hit on Emory.

Speaking of Emory, he was so far past the LOS when he threw that pass that it would've taken an idiot or a corrupt official not to call it.

It was like that all game.

According to the announcers.. You only need 1 foot behind the LOS.

What most impresses me about this team is their discipline and focus . Despite the sh***y refs, the trash talking numbn**s and chippy bulls**t from USF players and coaches, the Canes didn’t bite. We have a lot of young guys that in years past would have taken the bait. But, seems like the vet leadership is holding them accountable and leading thru example with their play on the field. Maybe that’s the changed in culture everyone talks about. And, right now it’s working.🙌🏽
They did that **** all game last year too. Glad they got skull-f'd two years in a row.

Absolutely. He kept slipping up on that and having to correct himself.

Another game, another 0 holds against our dynamic DL, another several holds and false starts against our best-in-class OL.

I’m so ******* tired of this ****.
I predict there will be ANOTHER post about refs ******** us until the end of time

Did anybody see the targeting call on Vandy where Sellers got hurt? The defensive player never lowered his head or anything. Just kind of ran straight through him. Yes there was contact to the face mask. But what do you all think of the call?
