Would do anything to see the correlation between real time viewers and penalties called in 3&4q. Ie did it start to fall and once it did the flags started raining.

Eyes on TV or score? Both have a correlation.

The question is, did the refs/ACC get a call from the network or Vegas?

Notre Dame 66th
USF 106th
Florida 45th
FSU 64th
Louisville 121st
Stanford 63rd

Miami is 134th in opponents penalty yards/game even though our opponents average ranking for penalty yards per game is 77th. We have not played 1 game where the number of penalties called on our opponents was greater than the overall average penalties/game in college football.

I know it is legal in the nfl to grab around the neck of a player using the rip. Can someone point me to the ncaa rule stating the same thing?

Dude seriously I know a guy 😎. I mean not plane but he had moving Billboard truck. He could drive it around ACC HQ.
