Never seen a more smug and condescending TV host. The guy is classless. Did anyone notice him on Gameday after they did the turnover chain piece? in his best condescending manner, he said ND does not turn the ball over so that chain will not be making an appearance. I wish I could have whipped that smug smirk off his face at that moment.

And then the *** clown David Pollak had to make sure to take his shirt off on TV. Supposedly he was recreating Richt's back flip off the high dive. So he pronounces ND will win, then disrobes, and then just jumps off the board. What a **** pu$$y. That was really really pathetic. He should be embarrassed.

That bum has been blowing ND worst than Heather Spinich has been blowing Clemson. Just great we have the ability to destroy both of them. It's a love hate though because the coaches played a montage of their bull**** and we got roiled up to destroy ND. But they hate hasn't subsided so that's good.

that douce pollack loved miami until he realized we were a threat to his alma mater

Man y’all love to drum up fake hate. There is a lot of non-belief in Miami still but, some of the ish y’all come up with as evidence of “hate” or rooting against Miami is BS.

This is not fake. When we were winning those close game I had no problems with people say, oh it's not impressive. When we not only beat but smash VT and ND don't give me no excuse other than hate. We totally destroyed those two teams and both games they picked us to lose for the most part.

I don’t follow other teams, but I can’t imagine there’s a whinier fanbase than ours.

No one has despised ESPN's hate directed at the Canes over the last decades more than me, but last week and on College Game Day we received more positive coverage than I can ever remember. Reece Davis began the telecast raving about the crowd that showed up and continued offering accolades throughout the show.

Last week ESPN played the role as the Canes marketing and public relations firm. It was nothing short of amazing and by far the best and fairest coverage our football program has received in forever.

ESPN was the Canes Chamber of Commerce arm and the help they gave us in recruiting was massive.

Now, it is ESPN, and there is no question the prevailing feelings that infect the majority of ESPN'ers could be described using words such as jealous, revulsion, hate, and disgust so a long term change in how our team will be treated in the future is most probably not good, but last week was nothing short of spectacular.

The only people on TV that gave us a chance were Desmond Howard and anyone with ties to the program. No one else gave it a 2nd thought. They already had ND in the playoffs.

Who was the one on Game Day who ended the telecast with the line. "Can we do it here again next week."

It wasn't just espn, all networks picked ND. It was probably 9-1 voices on tv selecting the Irish. No one should be surprised though. ND is the establishment, money, power, "the good people." Meanwhile, The U is the complete opposite. Will always carry the negative perceptions. Always. So for young pups, I'm 52, just embrace it. Know that the Hate toward The U will be around for a very long time, perhaps forever.
