Ferman has an interesting article up this morning about which guys on offense actually got a redshirt and who burned theirs.

Mark Fletcher (512 yds, 5.0 ypc, 5tds)
RayRay Joseph (only 55 offensive reps,6 catches for 36yds - punt/kick return, 7 kick returns, avg 21.3 yds per return)
Riley Williams (299 reps, 7 catches, 59 yds, 1 TD)
Francis Mauigoa (starting right tackle)

OFFENSIVE FRESHMEN THAT REDSHIRTED:
Chris Johnson (played in 4 games early)
Bobby Washington (1 game)
Jackson Carver (2 games)
Tommy Kinsler (1 game)
Antonio Tripp (1 game)
Frankie Tinilau (o games, injured)
Samson Okunlola (3 games, then injured)

Last year they had the waiver for bowl games not to count towards redshirt status, thought I saw somewhere they might do that again this year but like last year would be announced some time after conference championships and when bowls are announced. Will look out for it and post if I see it on here..
