This is my round out dream team. If this happens........lord have mercy. We might end up in another Yahoo report which I'm totally fine w/ as long as we show 3 chips to go along w/ that report. lol.

This. Saban doesn't have any issues recruiting and he's one of the most miserable people on earth. You can't tell me he walks into players homes and wins over the family with his charming personality. He recruits because he wins.
 
Get coaches that develop their guys in NFL players. **** recruiters that cant coach. Now if they can do both, **** yea. But no more guys that are recruiters first and nobody talks about there coaching.

Oh... I’ve had it wrong the whole time🤦🏾‍♂️ Thanks for making things clear on this matter. I’d been thinking all along that the Dodge dealerships he owns had something to do with his recruiting success.

It’s sales. And while peoole can improve their skills as a salesperson, the best salespeople are born. Not made.
