Recruiting is the most important factor in picking the coach. IMO

Dino and Campbell are scheme coaches, they can win with less, but will never been able to compete with Bama, UGA, OSU. They're not recruiters

Butch , Manny, Cristobal are the best options

Schemes can be built with a great staff.

We all thought Richt was a elite recruiter and right now we're on the path of the worse recruiting class in terms of ranking in a long time.

We need an adapter. Someone who is willing to fire and change scheme or coordinators.

Kids are gonna go to a system that will scheme to their strengths and what enables them to shine. Obviously recruiting is important, but the system/scheme is a "receuiter". Dudes didn't want to play in the molasses Richt was running.

How hard they play for him or how well he recruited? He’s an introvert and a choir boy. Respectfully he struggled to get highly rated recruites. He didn’t keep up with his assistants or the kids they were going after. He focused on his recruits and that’s about it. He “might” be a GREAT recruiter from the head coach spot, but as a DC, he left a lot of meat in the bone.
