1. Manny must become a full time CEO and just focus on being manager.
2. Manny must get highly competent OC and DC with current play calling experience and recent success history to show.
3. Manny must give coordinators full autonomy to hire own staff which means people like Banda and Patke must go.
4. Give Manny all the money he needs to make offers to staff that they cannot refuse.
5. UM must join the big money game; stop being pretenders; or get out of P5 ball.
6. UM must quit trying to be Harvard. We are equally doing a poor job at it already.
Anything short of these will get Manny fired next year which is bad for UM as it drags us back again another 3 years.
