Who is more ready to step in as a quality starter, Reed at LG or Campbell at RT? The answer to that question may ultimately decide whether the OL is Kennedy-Reed-Gaynor-Donaldson-Scaife, or Kennedy-Scaife-Gaynor-Donaldson-Campbell. And if Reed and Campbell both show up ready this Spring, all the better -- go take someone's job.

Miami Northwestern High School Class of 2021 DB Kamren Kinchens landed a UM offer last month, and he say the Canes are his frontrunner.

“It’s Miami and Oregon at the top, and Miami’s in front,” Kinchens said at the Rivals 3 Stripe Challenge in Miami.

He say UM leads “because they show love, anytime they can get me out there they make it possible. They get me out there for basketball games, junior days, always tell me to come out.”

What does Kinchens think of The New Miami?

“It’s really good, a new change for them - they say they’re trying to get back to the old Miami,” Kinchens said.

Will how UM does this coming season have a big impact on Kinchens?

“Yes, they have to get a winning season, show their defense is up to par,” Kinchens said.
