No team fears us. We get every teams best.
We have had poor evaluations on some of our players. There is a lot of dead weight on this squad. We have talent but not enough play makers on both sides of the ball.
No leadership on the team.
The players are soft and have little pride in their collective play.
Our coaching staff is weak and not able to motivate or get the best out of the players. No sense of urgency.
Coaching staff is not adept at identifying weaknesses and scheming to mitigate them. Example: Short quick passes would be the way to go with our OL.

There needs to be wholesale changes on the staff and some players need to be let go. We have to send a message that their will be a culture change. The SOM (same ole Miami) will not be tolerated.

unfortunately it has been tolerated for too long. Now we have to embarrass some folks.

Teams don’t fear us and they don’t give us their best. We are just as average as all the other bottom feeding ACC teams.

I have finally realized that this is us. We don’t have swagger, we don’t have elite play makers and we don’t have the intensity of the elite teams. We will never be at the top again. Enjoy the simple life of getting to a bowl game as a good season.
 
Miss evaluations...most of our players could have wrote their ticket to just about any P5 school they wanted.

Maybe we need some ppl who can coach them up...
