Realistically, how long does Manny get?

That's obviously what should be done. But I wouldn't count on it. By the way, 6-6 is best case scenario. This is a terrible football team.

Wouldnt matter if Blake is still the AD though.

The first move has to be a push to remove Blake and hire a serious, ambitious AD. I don’t know if there’s any desire amongst our incompetent BoTs.

Generally true. However, the more times they hear it, the better. In the case of BJ, I prefer to tell him why he is not fit to clean the ****ers at the Hecht let alone make tangible decisions.

Yup. The other issue being who hires the AD.

The BOT seem to love having Blake as their puppet. It seems unlikely they bring in the smart, hard-***, win-at-all-costs AD this program needs. They're content telling guys like Mullen no thanks but hiring Manny Diaz...

We're ****ed.
 
Blake's playing the long game. Hes waiting for all the real Miami fans to die off or just give up and start spending their Saturdays binge watching Stranger Things and Carnival Row.

Hes perfectly content with simply being bowl eligible. He has no desire to win a NC and never will.

I’d say the BOTs in now are far from incompetent. Flake will be shown the door if Manny doesn’t work out.
 
Doubt he makes it to 4 years. The heat for Manny in his first season is nearing Golden level in his third year. Once former players and boosters get restless it’ll be a wrap
