If GT is counting on their offense, we'll win. If they lean on their defense, we'll lose. Seems the team that trusts their defense the most ends up beating us.

8-4. Which means he will have finished with a worse record in year 3 than Al Golden. Think about that. ACC was deeper top to bottom during the Al Golden era and Richt is still likely to finish with a worse record.

That looks logical to me, far beyond some of the more gloomy projections. We still outman those opponents but not to certainty of sweeping the board.

Blue collar defensive minded opponents always give us trouble. I think we'll grind out Boston College but probably lose in a tough environment to Virginia Tech.

I don't share the pessimism others have with the Georgia Tech game. Their defense is weak and we'll get enough penetration on key plays to wreck some of their offensive possessions. That should be a semi comfortable win,

Despite the issues with the offense I think Diaz will have the defense ready for GT. Tech will make some plays, of course, but as long as they don’t bust long big plays we’ll be okay. Plus, GT can put the ball on the ground often. Turnover Chain a few times.
 
10-2 in the regular season, 10-3 after the ACCCG, and we'll see who they match-up with in the bowl game.

Yeah, last night was awful and doesn't instill any confidence going forward, but after resting up for a week you're scared of BC, Duke, GT, VT, or Pitt? Stop it. Can/should still win 10 games.
