There is loads better talent in the P2 than the ACC or Big12, that’s not even debatable. If you want to cherry pick one part of the draft, go look at the entire first round instead of just the #1 pick.

The SEC is projected 15+ players
The BIG10 is projected 9.3 roughly

That’s 24+ spots.

ACC is 3.1 give or take
BIG12 is 2.9 give or take

Going to OU or any SEC program will absolutely make him a better player, because he will be surrounded by better talent that will make life easier on offense. He will also have a dual-threat QB that will keep defenses honest.

True but the #1 player in the draft transferred from a conference that no longer exists. And the #1 talent transferred from an HBCU.

I never said it makes him better. I just said he’s not transferring to an ACC school. The league can see what he’s done against the ACC. He wants them to see what he can do against P2 schools.

I’m not trying to turn this into a P2 glaze fest, I’m just stating something that has 99.9% certainty. He’s going to a school in the P2.
