RB Marquise Davis #1 RB from OH Hits the Portal

Plenty of talent that is slept on in northeast Ohio...'25 running back from Canton Mckinley (Nino Hill) just went up to University of Wisconsin's camp and showed out with mvp and a offer. If Miami would recruit Northeast Ohio along with Columbus, Cincinnati and Toledo areas they'd find talent 4sho!
must be pretty **** cool to play your high school games at the hall of fame stadium

Why does he have four to play four? Did he redshirt? Was he injured or is Mizzou that stacked at RB that a high four start kid couldnt crack the lineup?

Missouri stacked in the room. 2 good juniors. He redshirted.

Davis was part of a Mizzou running back room that produced 2,809 total rushing yards for an average of 234.1 per game. Hardy had 1,560 of those yards and 16 touchdowns. He has two years of eligibility remaining. While Roberts, who also has two years left, had 724 yards and five touchdown. Meaning Davis would have had limited opportunities to get on the field on offense next year.

I saw this kid in high school, my nephew is currently the QB at Heights, although he didn’t play with Davis, he transferred in from Glenville this year. He was legit in high school, got absolutely robbed of Mr. Football his junior year, it was “awarded” to a senior from Cincinnati that signed with Michigan. It was criminal how he screwed over, it was like Derrick Strait being given the Thorpe over Sean T in ‘03. He was also a very good defensive player in high school. I’m not sure what happened at Mizzou, but I’d be all for Mario giving him a look.
