I don’t trust Servite kids, just like I don’t trust Narbonne kids.

-Mater Dei
-St John Bosco
-Corona Centennial
-Bishop Gorman
-Oaks Christian

Only West Coast schools I trust for next level development.

LB Poly, Narbonne, Servite, Crenshaw, Dorsey, Carson, Banning, San Pedro, & Concord De La Salle have fallen off.

Crean Lutheran is trying to recruit and build up their football program. It’s a small school though so I don’t know how much success they’ll have.

Yeah, they’re in Irvine & they play Div III ball which is kinda weak, but they were 9-3 last season iirc.

Mater Dei and Bosco have completely dominated for the top recruits past few years. Oaks Christian probably 3rd I'd guess right now.

The Junipero Serras will have guys yearly - Gardena (usually USC locks) and San Mateo. LB Poly still will have guys yearly. Crenshaw and Servite have taken a massive step back. but like Orange Lutheran, Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Los Alamitos have guys yearly for sure. One of the Clovis schools always has a top recruit... I'm actually surprised it seems like the San Diego schools have dropped off a bunch. De La Salle I honestly never even felt really produced a bunch of guys like that. They were dominant in games, but never felt like they really had more than 1 or 2 prospects... Just NorCal in general never really has a school that has more than like 2 legit prospects in a class at most. Like Pittsburg, Some oakland schools, a few SF schools will have 1 or 2 a year.. Sac usually produces a few especially schools close by like Folsom, but otherwise it's scattered.

For 2027, the best RB's so far IMO

1. Myson Johnson-Cook
2. Noah Roberts
3. Ty Keys
4. Jayden Miles
5. Terrance Grant Jr
6. Tyson Robinson
Noah Roberts visited in June. Seems he may end up being one if not our top RB target for next year as of now. I'd say him and Terrance Grant should probably be our top targets.

Jayden Miles goes to school in Baton Rouge, so LSU lock almost certainly. Ty Keys from Mississippi, and we have done terrible there...

I mean we are going to need 2, and I'll assume no matter what we are going to get/go for at least 1 Florida RB. Only 2 Florida Rbs have an offer from us as of now though - Tranard Roberts (Prob a UF guy) and Amos Bradford from West Broward who for some reason is already committed to Toledo which is strange as **** (to me doesn't speak to a high confidence you believe you're all that good tbh)... Like unless he has a coach or relative there, that's sus...

Anyone know if MJD's son (playing at De La Salle too) is any good?

“There’s definitely a good amount of schools standing out,” said Shanks, who is high on SMU, Miami, Kansas, Baylor, Ohio State and Oklahoma.

Shanks will kick the fall off with visits to Columbus and Coral Gables for some marquee college football games on Week 1. Here’s more:
