Rayshawn Jenkins

That looked like a shredded knee all the way. Wouldn't expect to see him again unless his ligaments are Mr. Fantastic style.

Hope he's alright.

He may not be very good, but I don't think I ever saw him loaf. He made a few plays along the way, including a pick against those **** from Gainesville back in 2013.

People are happy that our leading tackler is going to be out?

Even worse than that. People are happy that one of our players likely shredded his knee. That's deplorable regardless of how many tackles he made.

Agreed. Can't believe people celebrate a kid (regardless of team, but especially your own) getting injured. Celebrate competition, and may the best man win, but injuries? Wow, some injuries effect kids for the rest of their lives. I know as I have mentioned my son's knee injury in the past.

I'm as frustrated as many on this board with my Canes, but I wish a speedy recovery for Rayshawn and appreciate the fact that he is a Cane.

Just remember when tearing up these kids that many were poorly coached their entire career, some were thrust into action before they were ready and should had been red shirted so they were not developed properly, and some are just over their heads as they were reaches due to the prior staffs inability to recruit well.
