If you had to put all the ACC teams into a Tier...
-Tier 1 being a team that can finish in the top 6.
-Tier 2 being a team that could end up with 9-12 wins but not expected to win the playoffs.
-Tier 3 being a team that will be bowl eligible at the least.
-Tier 4 being a team that will be surprised to win more than 4 games.
What would the tiers look like for the next 2 years?
For me it would be:
Tier 1: Clemson / FSU / Miami
Tier 2: UNC / VT / Louisville / GT with a good full back
Tier 3: Duke / UVA / Pitt / NC State / GT with a bad full back or QB
Tier 4: Wake Forest / Syracuse / Boston College
This put Atlantic with the top 2 and worse 2 teams in the conference, and the Coastal with a bunch of average to above average teams, which seems to have been the norm for the last few years anyways.
