The only assumptions I'm making:

-1 more QB will transfer
- Any other portal take THIS YEAR will be 1 year rental OL/CB/RB/WR
-They take Willie Moise (Bump DT up to top group and to a lesser extent OL become more urgent if not, bump DT up to urgent group, 5th biggest need behind the specialists if he they don't take him)
- 1 LB that has eligibility will not return next season (steed, Jennings, etc)
- 1 OL that has eligibility will not return next season (Dykstra, Hillary, etc, lot of dead weight choose from if a few don't show a pulse)
- 2 players out of current group of safeties and LB end up contributing to the striker position, if not becoming full time strikers (Huff, Harrell, K.Wash most likely)
- Only early defections are Greg Rousseau and Brevin Jordan, hope they both stay, but they are amongst the best 50 players in CFB imo..Obviously others will consider leaving. C.Davis, Bolden, Phillips, etc...If they have nice year. And that will change all this...And perhaps make portal or juco more urgent, as most of this issue based on what we have in the current frosh and soph classes
- E. Roberts to DT by year 2 at the latest, Clarke sticks at CB

Obviously other attrition will happen

URGENT
1. OL (4-6)
2A. P (1, preferably a juco or portal, ready-made type again)
2B K (1, we have our guy)
4. TE (1-2)

DEFINITE (you aren't hurting here, but this becomes urgent next year if you come up short or flat out miss, so stack chips per uzh)
5. QB (1)
6. CB (2-3)
7. DE( 2-3)
8. DT (1-2, again assuming Moise gets in and is good to go by year 2, that's a big if so 2, preferably 3 if not)
9. LB (3 incl any strikers, at this point I think WLB and MLB more urgent than striker assuming that we have 2 current strikers on team besides Frierson)
10. WR (2-4)
11. RB (1-2)

BUILD DEPTH AND TAKE FOR SURE, but other spots need to be field if a decision arises
12. S (1-2, again assuming all return and only 1-2 move to striker...can't whiff altogether)

CAN BE PICKY OR EVEN PASS
NONE...Fullback I guess (walk-on if you need it)

And again we will lose players to portal, and early reports on the frosh/soph could increase or decreas the importance of each position for 1 class, so some of these will have to be low end, or increase out of that range altogether.
