I don't really remember, but it's surprising the 2008 team wasn't a consensus top-5 team in preseason rankings. That team was absolutely loaded and was the clear #1 for most of the season.

BA has 8 ACC teams ranked, the most of any conference.

The league is loaded this year. SEC probably has more elite teams, but the ACC is as good as it's been in quite a while and the gap between the SEC/ACC and everyone else should be big this year
