Unless, of course, this plays out as it most often does: we focus a lot on out of state kids who string us along while at the same time we alienate the local kids and in the end we get a bunch of Plan C types.

Hoping we of course focus locally, but also have to find/offer talented kids in other states, we can’t rely on the kids down here with the games they play
