I said it for the moment he committed, that Jelani was who he was and we weren't getting a great player out of him. Every time I saw him on campus, he was just not physically developing like he should have. Jelani benefitted from the *SU kid who's name I refuse to mention. I hate seeing that kid make plays on Saturdays for Urban.
 
Great vid. Always nice to hear the players flow and play off each other.

What are people's thoughts on Golden's slogan: "deserve victory"? Is it acceptable in life to think you deserve something? What does Golden mean? Work hard enough to the point you have winning in the bag? What happened to scratching and fighting for every inch?

It's the same mind f*ck as the two gap defense...

Don't like it but think he means that they "deserve victory" by all the preparation they have put in during the week and that their hard work will pay off.....could be very wrong

From that video it appears that Moten got some old school Cane swag about himself off the field; I hope that we cultivate it and use him properly so that it shows up on the field.
