I think both things are true. Yes they invested in that O-Line and yes they couldn’t block me in a phone booth. They may feel like they put enough resources into that part of the team and try to get pass rush and secondary

Personally I really like mark. I've got to know him well over the years between football, boxing and MMA. I get the emotion involved in moving the team but I won't pretend to understand the business side of it. I am split on his personel decisions though. I think Pete Carrol and gruden were both good moves in concept but both insist on being very hands on. If you're not willing to allow that as a organization then I'm not sure why hire them in hindsight...

It’s not just one big thing it’s all combined. I was never someone that really hated him for moving the team A) he’s broke B) cause alameda county is a ******* joke that lost all 3 teams C) the nfl absolutely ****ed us with LA cause Rams didn’t want us to be in LA market where we would dominate as a brand. Chargers should have been forced to Vegas tbh.

But you do that and just the constant turnover and incompetence from front office down and it’s like why the **** even be a Raider fan anymore? Not even local to my state. Him personally he’s fine and he is a very pro-player and loyalty guy with the once a Raider always a Raider. But his decision making is atrocious.

Gruden is a good coach but was ALWAYS an absolute joke to give roster and draft control to. And it made us a laughing stock to have Mayock as GM. Legit between those two morons they absolutely wasted an insane amount of draft capital. And then you go with an old *** Caroll who refused to play ANY of the young guys we drafted. It was a joke again. What we’ve rolled out at QB has been atrocious. Our Oline hasn’t been good in over a decade. And we keep running our face of franchise and star pass rusher out first with Mack and now possibly Crosby.

I knew Gruden with control of the roster and draft was going to be horrible. It’s obvious. Well at least obvious to everyone but Mark Davis. Good dude? Sure. Good owner? **** no. He isn’t his dad

Raiders should just sign Malik Willis or see if the Ravens give up on a Lamar. Then see what teams are willing to pay to move up, which I dont think will be a lot.

Agree to disagree. And I used to think Mac was absolute garbage.

Mac never had a good enough combination of weapons and coach. Respectable rookie year with McDaniels. Then Joe Judge twice after that following Press Taylor

Not saying Mac is the franchise answer. But putting in Mendoza or Moore without the weapons or protection is really not going to help their development. Unless the new coach comes in like Ben Johnson and spends FA money on the offensive line and drafts weapons, the Raiders are just kicking the can down the road.

The division already has Reid/Mahomes, Harbaugh/Herbert, Payton/Nix. They're chasing those three for the foreseeable future
