Yes but Miami needs a sure thing at hc and although the ceiling with venebles is extremely high, he’s never been a hc. Can’t afford to hire someone without hc experience. He has turned down a lot of previous hc offers so idk if anything happened to make him want to finally become a hc

From a purely X'&O's standpoint, he's basically the DC version of Lane. Of course, outside of X'&O's, there's one major difference - Venables has never been a HC of a P5 program.

That's a big no thank you.

But, if he'd like a raise, we'd love to take him as our DC.
