Sounds like a last minute attempt from the old guard. Doubt that this isn’t happening.
Doubt old guard can stop this at this point. Gonna assume Frenk made the offer and now Rad needs to sign dotted line. Unless all this is BS like the dozen other rumors everyday this week lolz
 
Guys, with Rad and Mario, a director of football ops isn't needed. Would Zo be a blessing? Yes. A need? Not anymore.



We have to stop with this kind of thinking, no disrespect intended.

College football has become MUCH more complex, and we need more guys working in the Hecht, not some 40-year-old org structure with one guy at the top.

We need a lot more personnel devoted to football. Period. And it is time to stop worrying about "ooooh, ohhhh, will our as-yet-hired AD be emotionally threatened by having another employee devoted to football".

You know who isn't worried about Alonzo Highsmith? An Alpha AD who is confident in his abilities, secure in his good looks, and comfortable in his loose-fitting pants.
