Racist Coach with ties to Dabo and Saban

Unfortunately, I happen to know this *** wipe! His name is Mark Taylor. I knew he was a dumbass, but I DIDN'T KNOW that he was a racist dumbass! I've spoken to him on a couple of occasions. We didn't run in the same circles, but we know some of the same people. He used to coach in the Houston Co. school district along the time, I was working in the area. A little background. He was fired from the school board for being a POS dumbass quite a while ago (around 2007). He was stalking and harassing a female coworker. who was his fiancee at the time. He pled guilty to trying to a felony charge of influencing a witness, and spent time in prison. He lost his job and was banished from the county. When he got out he came back to the community and set up a multi sport "athletic training business". I shudder to think what the **** he was training them kids for.
Now the story behind this video recordings is even more dumbassery, at it's finest! Apparently, he didn't post the videos. His Iphone.... is of course synched with his Ipad, which was at his home. He made the videos on his phone, probably trying to be funny for some of his scummy ***, racist friends, back home. That "room service" call where he's asking for some "chicken wings and two hoes" is definitely a fake call. It looks like he's trying to be some kind of racist comedian. It probably was only meant to be seen by a few of his POS peers. Unbeknownst to him though, his apple products are synched, and unless you "un sync" em.... well its gonna be on all devices. Well his wife, who was at home AND who he is in the process of divorcing, seen the "new video uploaded" message on the Ipad. She opens it up, sees the videos, and decides to posts them online..... to show the world his true colors..... and to fucc him....... just one more time, . Love it.

Agreed. Probably an oversight on their part. Unless he's a pedophile, they really don't check or put up barriers. He probably played with Kirby at UGA, so they may be friends as well. If that's the case, he could easily get around the barriers that the normal fans, couldn't. We don't know.

It’s one of the most liberal places in the country. Most people who actually live in the city moved here from out of state from places like San Fran. If you want to find racism in Massachusetts go to metro west, places like Wellesley, or far out west near New York.

Who knows maybe these coaches are secretly racists but I don’t see it. Maybe it’s because they know if they let one thing questionable slip they will be blacklisted and fired.

Some superintendent just had his job offer revoke because he called two women “ladies” in an email. That’s how bad these public officials/coaches have to walk on eggshells up here…right or wrong.

I understand what you are saying and I am sure there is a difference between people who live in the city (or parts of the city) and don't and I don't believe Boston is at the same level of racism as parts of the south, but several athletes have called out Boston as one of the cities where they have experienced the most racism (and to your point, the first article does say that is changing).

And I've had black players of mine who can co-sign that.

As a white/Italian guy who partakes in the "urban" culture (i.e. custom cars for example) I've heard way more derogatory remarks (about my own preferences) from Northern people. Matter of fact, we just cruised together last month and heard some bullsh!t from the out-of-towners.
Just my personal experience.

The thing is...Northern states are more liberal...and liberals are low-key and slick about their racism. Southerners are not.

I don't know what Southern areas yall been to, but when I'm in the country I see blacks/whites vibin' together.
They all like the same ****...football, soul food and Chevrolets. LOL
I just went to a soul food restaurant in Plant City and saw everybody mixin' it up.

I've been all over the state, and ironically the most racist parts of Florida are the transient cities that are full of Northerners. LOL

You're right. I've been to Tuscaloosa and Birmingham quite often and just on the outskirts of these areas, racism is pretty easy to find yet top players, mostly with darker skin, continue to line up for a chance to play at Bamer. As much as I can't stand UGA, it's not as bad racism wise as Bama, and I've been to Athens a lot. The fact of the matter is that unfortunately racism is still a thing. all over the US and abroad. I don't give af what anyone thinks. Aside from Boston (A notoriously racist city) there is way more racism in the south.

Not disagreeing with you, but will drop this on you. I was working a contract job in Boise, Idaho, during 2021. I was planning a trip to visit Seattle, Washington. I had multiple coworkers warn me about driving through Northern Idaho and was instructed to avoid it. Apparently, there were areas that are known for being very conservative and even known to have active KKK members.

I am a black man and it was the first time I had ever been told to avoid driving through an area for my safety. I was stunned.
