Good for him, and I hope he, and all the Canes ball out. It's a good look for our image.

best safety in a while, kid really balled out last year making some nice plays/key plays. Earned every dollar, good for him

He could slide down as a sub-package linebacker in the pros, I think he sticks around for awhile in the league.

All the DB's seemed to have improved with coverage and tackling last year. The improvement just from a coaching standpoint was very noticeable, but with Jenkins and Elder especially.

Opinions really seem to have changed about him on here after his impressive Combine. Most of the dumb faquits on here spent the last 4 years dogging the **** out of this poor guy.

I said before and stand by it. He is a player that improved year over year the entire time he was at Miami.

Very proud of him.

hey remember when he missed that tackle against Cincy and everyone thought he would never amount to anything?

Because I sure do.

These kids were lucky Richt and Diaz showed up... they were able to show off their skills and discipline which equals $ at the next level... good for him!

excited to see jenkins in that defensive scheme. seems to suit him well. should see plenty of snaps this year and given his talent he should make a nice name for himself in the league

He just banked a cool million. Does he have to pay CA state income tax on a signing bonus? technically he never worked in the state. Hope he puts it in a diversified ETF and forgets about it for 30 years.

He puts it in a diversified ETF and forgets about it for 30 years.

I hope buys about $50,000 worth of Vanguard ETF and low cost muni bonds. Let them sit like you said for 30 years.

Kid battled back from injury and played his senior season in a system that showed off his talents. He was a very solid safety last year. He'll do well at the next level.
