Fsu lost to an unranked team. We got blown out by a top ten team in chicago. We had plenty of chances to take the lead or keep it close. Instead of long touchdowns, they were drops that caused 3 n outs and our young defense got worn out in the 2nd half. We are 3-0 in the acc swith 2 road losses to top 10 teams. If you really expected to beat nd your probablyca tad deludional. Im still drunk znd yes im ****ed. Bottom line, beat unc.

Not to mention vt was beaten yesterday and we are in position to win this thing.
 
Wtf does FSU have to do with us? This is what we've come to?... Point to others failures to make us feel better?

If the entire program, fans, and alum aren't worried about D'Onofrio moving forward then we have no hope.

Give it a rest, dude. If you don't think we're concerned, you're more dense than I thought.
 
Next week is the game that matters. Beat UNC, and this ******* game doesn't really mean ****. And yeah, I would have loved to beat the Irish, but this is a young team that needs to learn how to win. They've handled themselves well in the close games, but the spotlight is too big for them still. Just get the ACC wins, and bring home the Coastal, and this season is a success.
 
We alllll need to stop and take a breath and really think about what this team is supposed to have.been this year and what they were up against last night. If this team kills its chance to be in the acc title game then we start *****ing. I aint even mad. This game was an.uphill battle anyway. ND is a team with plenty of upper classmen and has depth. This Miami team is gonna.move.forward and be ready for UNC this week. We should too.
 
This season is a success upon our attaining bowl eligibility. :)

Everything else is gravy.

This. Winning the coastal for the first time ever would make the season a success.

Too bad we might need to forfeit the acc championship game and take a bowl ban for the NCAA stuff.

I didn't think for one minute we were going to beat ND, and I am on record saying that before the game. This fan base gets too high on the highs, and too low on the lows. Right now, its doom and gloom, when we dont suck that bad. The truth is somewhere in the middle. We are about a 7 win, maybe 8 win team if we see some improvement. So be it.

I did expect us to be more competitive in this game, and the defense is a concern.

We can worry all we want but we are not the ones who makes the hires. All we can worry about are things in our control such as talking **** to fsu fans when they lose, tellin UF fans that LSU is overrated as is the whole SEC, GOING TO GAMES, and supporting our canes.


What does the FSU loss have to do with us?? WOW. Alot. Start with VT and GT losing yesterday. We are in position to win this thing. We can make it to the CHIP. The FSU loss shows me that they can be beaten by a team that WE ALREADY BEAT. The FSU loss also doesnt hurt us as much in recruiting because they arent going to the NC game and now they are going to have to fight to win their side! If we make it we might not have to play FSU again... ****, we could rematch NCST, and POSSIBLY WIN THE ACC. GO TO A BCS BOWL.


Yesterday taught me alot about quite a few teams, but our game wasnt one of them. I expected to keep it close with the Irish, as we did until the 2nd half. Couple drops go our way and we control the tempo of that game and could have possibly pulled a late victory but guess what... NOTHING WENT OUR WAY. This is no surprise, it happens every week. We are either battling an empty home stadium, or injuries, or suspensions, or top 10 teams on the road, and most importantly the referees.

ACC COASTAL

1.Miami 3-0
2. Duke 2-0
3. UNC 1-1 not eligible
4. VT 1-1

6. Virginia 0-2


Beat Duke and VT and we are in.

Where you been since "We been like this for a long time since we joined the ACC in 2004"? Stop living in the past we have 50 freshmen on the team and are 4-2 and 3-0 in the ACC. It isn't going to get better with the NCAA sanctions that are coming either.

That's what I think--get bowl-eligible and then self-impose again. I want us to have that option anyway.

After reading that new Nevin Shapiro article in the Herald with Sean Allen we are going to get hit so bad by the NCAA, we don't even have to get bowl eligible to self impose the NCAA and ACC could do it for us.
