He's better than Al is not gonna cut it as a good enough reason to justify the trash you guys are thrusting around as possible candidates.

My exact reply to "He's better than Al"

"Who isn't?"

But that doesn't highlight their strong suits. Golden is that bad. He sets the bar that low. That's my opinion as far as Schiano and Mario. That's like saying "Let's go sign matt flynn, at least he's better than ryan leaf."

Now for better, sensible candidates... "Hey, Eddie Lacy is better than Trent Richardson." No Brainer.

So now, My response to people with questionable reading comprehension with a slick *** reply is "Ho have several seats."
 
Our real problem is who is the BOT thinking about for next year. More to the point, is Al Golden on the top of their short list? My fear is exactly that. I think they are looking for ANY reason to keep him. That is why I think we need to focus the banners on the ACC the rest of the year. Fly them at any big ACC game, not just our games. Try to embarrass them about THE U taking their money with nothing in return. Open up a little wound and the apply salt.

The banners now need to embarrass the school and the ACC about this admin and the BOT only caring about the guaranteed money they reiceve. Winning is secondary. Hopefully Addidas puts pressure on the program also, they just handed over a big check to represent their brand.
