While I agree that the transfer portal is not the answer......plenty of teams have used transfers and jucos to fill holes.

Yeah, I really don't have a problem with addressing areas of the team with portal players that were actually productive. Especially when we have an exodus of players at the position from a 6-7 team the year prior. Ask yourself if this guy makes us better position and if the answer is yes, you don't second taking him in.

You're right but this is for one year. He'll benefit from Rousseau and vice versa. Our young guys will be in the rotation and gaining great experience.
