Quiet

I doubt we will hear anything. The administration won't even bother to put out a statement. They're too busy coming up with new hash tags and fresh uniforms to sell tickets. Hiring a new head coach would actually require some effort and commitment to winning. We should just assume Golden is coming back next year.

They don't make announcements that a dude isn't getting fired. No news is bad news. Just delaying the inevitable here but that's the profitable move right now.

It's deafening. I'm strongly considering packing up my fandom if something relatively respectable doesn't take place. I did it with the Dolphins; I'll do it again. Indifference is a much easier emotion to live with than hate.

It's in the works....just be patient.

First sign was Golden cancelling press conference.

If he doesn't show up on WQAM tomorrow morning he is gone.

How many times has he missed his monday radio appearance after a loss? Seems like he never shows up after a loss

If he wasn't fired I think they would make a statement of support. Like UVA did with their corch. I'm guessing buyout negotiations in progress.

I'm an optimist and hoping he's fired.

The alternative is the powers that be are so incompetent that they don't realize the silence is fuel to the dumpster fire.

They're not going to issue a vote of confidence now and then have to do it again after Stetson or Rollins shellacks us in the Sweet Tomatoes Ocala Bowl. That'd just be redundant in their eyes.

I would be shocked if they actually, canned him. I just don't think the BOT cares all that much. They are focused on Shalalas successor. Despite some angry people on a few message boards. The pressure from alumni is just not there when it comes to football. Not the way it is at the big state schools and SEC programs.
