What percentage of the crowd were Canes fans?

Based on the TV audio on plays when the Canes fans cheered, it sounded like it was a good 35% Canes. What did it look like to those in the building?

If you looked after the game during the post game celebration, it looked at least 50%. Unless OSU fans waited around to watch Miami celebrate. The lower seats looked packed with Miami fans

I would say 40-45%. Very well represented. But OSU has a massive alumni base and they travel well… when we were on offense say on a 3rd down, the OSU crowd got pretty loud. We also did our job in that regard though.

Sounds about right. I said 60/40

Edit: overheard a whiny OSU fan ask a Canes fan “does Miami always travel this well?”

40%. Their entire side was red and most of the endzones. Some sprinkled on our side. It was a good showing for us though for sure. We had to have 30k in there.

My daughter has university friends from Dallas that went and they're not fans of either team, but know good football.

Announced attendence was 71k. If the reports that we had 30k there then it was a great showing by our fans.

Our section was mostly OSU….and I can barely speak today….

Based ont he post game ceremony, I think 40/60 or a couple of clicks higher for the Canes.
