Very good points. You have to cut Malik slack today ... his performance was outstanding.

Lmao at Robert Knowles still has a scholarship. My gawd that’s so accurate.

Yea, I thought Malik played well today. Any game he accounts for 5 TDs and no turnovers is a good day at the office.

Agree with most of your other points.

Malik was very good in the way that he can be. Sadly that way is not passing.

Dallas may not be the best RB we have, but he's the best RB we have for this line. He's the only one who seems to be able to make room for himself with this beat-*** OL. That's not a knock against Homer and Lingard, I think they're different kinds of back. Either of them can house it with a little help, but Dallas is the only one who makes something out of the nothing the OL gives him.

malik managed the game good today..however three completions come to mind in why he sucks throwing- two wr screens (one to JT4 and one to harley) in which because they were so slow to get to them, the play did not develop at all like it should have.. and then the cager TD was a horrible pass. lucky that was not picked.

So was the deep ball thomas caught on his shoulder. That was a god awful attempt. Lucky JT4 is an incredible athlete

Long snapper was high or off all day too. Dare I say it, Feagles actually looked good.

Very little sample size to say this about Lingard.

Whatever the case, Dallas is the guy who's getting it done right now with the line we have. To me, that makes him the best back we have right now. I don't need 14 runs for 22 yds, then an 80 yd TD. I need the guy who can pick up positive yardage every carry. That's been our problem for years now and Dallas is doing the best job of fixing it.

How big was it that we could control the clock and keep their D on the field? Some of that late scoring had to do with all the time we made them play by being able to get some 1st downs, and that goes back to the running game. Get consistent yardage and we don't need Rosier (or whoever) to do so much with his arm.

I’m with you on the Dallas part. He should start. I think Lingard and Burns have wiggle as well.

To be clear, I like all three. I'm just saying that under the present circumstances, Dallas is performing the best. We should absolutely keep giving them all carries and if another guy is hot, feed him. I just think that Dallas deals with the sloppy OL situation the bes.
