A. Who's D are we running, Is this Manny's or Baker's?

B. Who is picking the starting QB-Manny or Enos?

My guess is this is Baker running Manny's D, and the choice will be all Enos's.

Baker said in a podcast that his defense will be 75% percent of what we saw from Manny. Also said that a good reference would be his 2015 and 2017 La Tech defense. If u watch those defenses, they really look positionless. One play one of the DE is standing up. The next play both of the DE's are standing up. Heavy blitzes from the LB and DBs. Delayed blitzes. Basically, it looks like a defense that will sack a guy like Franks at least 4 times and force him to throw multiple picks.

Bingo.

Its delegating. You hire someone to do the job, and hold them to a high standard. If their defense/unit doesn't live up to the standard after giving them control then you hold them accountable. This way its not the head coaches fault. Its what Richt and Golden didnt do. They hired yes men and puppets.

Multiple Supreme Court cases confirm you can run whom ever’s D you want OP, but that’s private business best kept off a family message board.

I thought Richt hired a DC and gave him full autonomous control of that side of the ball.

His offensive staff just wasn't very good, place a ill-prepared coarch here and a less than stellar coarch there, you set your whole program back even with the best defense in the country. But I think its inconsistent if he needs yes men on offense but only talks to his DC once a week.

Baker and Manny were together at La Tech and ran the same def we are running now so I believe they are one in the same. As for the QB, my belief is that Manny hired Enos (former HC) to run his offense and Manny will let Enos decide.

Baker said his defense is 75% the same as Manny's. Baker will be making the defensive calls and substitutions. Enos is picking the QB and Manny will back whatever Enos' decision is
