There was a second half UM touchdown that randomly didn’t count. I think it was Lyle who scored on a one yard run after a PI penalty gave us first and goal from the one. The referees never signaled touchdown and just made everyone line up and run the first down play over again. There wasn’t an explanation at the game (at least not one that I heard). Did the TV crew explain what happened? It was weird.

Ref said they ran the play before the ready for play whistle. Just another way to take a touchdown off the board for us.

I was at the game, but what happened was they did not spot the ball correctly after a penalty. The ref was live on the mic making the correction but the ball was spotted and we snapped it. That crew was a mess last night.

Yeah. You couldn’t hear a word he said. Mostly because the crowd was ****ed.
