Players ability, willingness to learn a new scheme, the O-Line is a totally new caliber and Dillingham is actually a decent OC. He was at Auburn where Nix became SEC Freshman of the Year.

FSU back then was a dump. Briles couldn't run 10% of his scheme because Hornibrook complete a pass beyond 15 yards.

hes running his scheme at Oregon not mike novels scheme at fsu. the OL is better thanks to Mario but lanning brought in a new QB bc he hated what Mario left him (irony), 2 new RBs, a new WR, etc.

they added a new QB who starts over anyone Mario left, they added two new starting RBs, they added another starting WR.

also hes finally running his scheme at Oregon. this change in offense isnt due to the talent there bc Mario wouldn't put up what theyre doing now even w the same roster. they changed their entire scheme.

and they changed their scheme. Mario didnt do this at Oregon w more talent than they brought in this year through the portal. the RBs weren't highly rated kids and the QB was a bust at AU who got benched. the scheme has changed them back into a O juggernaut after they were not that under Mario

Travis has improved immensely. He’s a cheat code at QB in college. I imagine Dillingham would have lit it up with him this year at FSU

I even think trash Gattis would look good with Travis at QB. He’s special
