Question about the Orange Bowl and potential "advantages"

I read somewhere that we are given the title of the home team for this game(not sure if that is based on being obviously the geographically closer bowl team or something else cause I would have thought that the higher ranked team would be considered the home team). Does that mean that we will get to run out of the smoke, have sebastian lead the C-A-N-E-S chants, and have music blasting on third downs and other home field advantages we have gotten used to? These things make a bigger impact on the atmosphere than i think some people realize. I went to the ACC championship game this year and we weren't allowed to play music and you could tell that when the game was still within reach the fans weren't getting as loud as usual because of it. I know we were like 20% of the stadium but I was in the Canes section and the entire area had no buzz during the early part of the game when we still had a chance. I don't think Wisconsin will be prepared for a night game in Miami so I'm just hoping the place can get rocking close to the level of the Notre Dame game and more realistically the level of the Va Tech game and the music is a big part of that.

We are home game because of ACC contract with orange bowl. We will not have smoke or any other home field advantage other than the ability to pick our black out uniforms because we wear dark colors at home.

In the 1992 OB (after 91 season) Nebraska cried about the smoke because they were pussies and didn't want us having any home field advantage (aside from the fans), so we weren't allowed, but we had guys stand there with smoke extinguishers anyway. I supposed we could do that. When we beat Oklahoma for the national title in '88 OB after the '87 season, Sebastian came out with a mini Sooner wagon thingy on fire.....
