The top 11 QBs in the country in passer rating right now are a combined 61-14. This isn't real complicated.

Hence why Miami would behoove themselves if they brought in a coach who has a track record of developing QB’s & understands the modern offensive era.

Yes Kemosabe... great teams have great QBs, and great QBs make coaches look great. So with your theory TVD (with decent OL performance) could very possibly get Manny a nice and juicy contract extension.
If I were Manny I would start right now ordering very nice gifts to give Tyler for Christmas... cause he could very well save CMD from flipping hamburgers at McDonald's.

Clemson will be back. They're having a down year and yes a lot of that is on QB play but they're also just light on playmakers this year. OL is just average. Defense is still very good. LSU also has the infrastructure to be back to elite sooner rather than later.

and there has been no evolution of their scheme. It seems like they are just trying to out-athlete people.
 
I forgot to mention that Saban lost for the first time to a former assistant and to an unranked team in like forever with his inexperienced QB. I agree an OL is important as I mentioned but some QB's make blocking for them difficult.

Also I don’t think ppl realize how good Lawrence really was
He was a generational talent
He and ettiene made their oline look way better than they were
Even that year he was a freshman he was getting hammered by bama but he was dropping dimes
