This is why as bad/hard as it is not to rush to judging someone accused of **** like this, people seriously need to stop. The amount of people(men) who get falsely accused of rape and the like - especially in college - is high.
But I'm sure so is the actual rate of actual rape in college given there are so many drunk parties going on...

Regardless people that make CLEARLY FALSE allegations should be criminally charged to the fullest extent of the law possible. Not saying that's this case. It's entirely possible this lady was assaulted and just no longer wishes to pursue...

But one thing is absolutely certain, whoever the **** chooses to go to BYU is insane lol. Any girl for any reason can claim they had *** with you and get you suspended/expelled lol. That's some incredible power. Better not **** any chicks off! Sure they'd get punished. But I'm sure they'd get less punishment for being the one coming forward to tell the truth lol

To be clear, he is not getting expelled because a young woman claimed he had *** with her (consensual or otherwise). His responsive filing admitted he had *** with her (though he claimed it was consensual). He has admitted he violated BYU's Honor Code. That's why he is being expelled.

It is an admittedly stupid, unreasonable, and antiquated rule at a strange and weirdly religious school, sure. But he agreed to that dumb rule when he enrolled, and he then publicly admitted he violated it.

Nothing wrong with having an extra QB says me. If he was to transfer from BYU to Miami I can hear the stories now.
