This morning I thought of drinking orange juice. I also had a freshly squeezed carrot juice available. Of course, water is really good for us, too. In the past, orange juice has given me a stomach ache if I drink it too fast. Carrot juice has a tangy flavor if left around too long and I wasn't that thirsty. Water, of course, isn't that flavorful. I could drink water, but I could also drink orange juice. Oh yeah, the carrot juice. My doctor suggests getting more nutrients with my intake but also says water is my best bet for hydration. I don't know, carrots have a lot of nutrients.
