Play Rosier the rest of the year and go 9-3 or play the freshmen and potentially go 6-6

Absolutely not going 9-3 with Rosier. Pitt wasn't some random outlier game: UNC, GT, and FSU (all garbage) were very fortunate wins that could have easily gone the other way. Syracuse and Virginia were also tight games that needed comebacks.

6-6 or worse is just as likely if the status quo remains. The defense (w/o a ridiculous number of to's) is far from good enough to carry a nonexistent offense.

I told everyone we would take a step back if Rosier didn’t improve. Sometimes it sucks being right.

Realistic is 7-5 and optimistic 8-4 with MR... away games at VT, GT, BC and UV are cake walks right? also consider shanked punts like a turnover... we're not in good shape.
 
Richt has lost the fan base with his decisions and nepotism. If he starts rosier again Hard rock is going to go back to being a quarter full every game. We wont believe his lies anymore
 
Unfortunate situation for the players. Some ugliness will most likely surface after the Toledo game. As it stands, they've got just enough to embarrass this team

I do have to address Jon Richt. This is his 3rd season and there should not be this big of a gap in QBs. Plus the new red shirt rule needs to be fully utilized in the next three games.

Yes the fan base is losing patience with him. If the offense was rolling having junior on staff would be fine, but the super anemic play calling and garbage OL play and now it's fvckin nepotism.

lol! If they are somehow worse then him I would love to see it just for the laughs. We will be on the Not Top 10 every single Sat night for the foreseeable future. I can't even comprehend how 3 scholarship guys are somehow worse then him. That really shows how terrible they are at evaluating talent.

Rosier might be a decent special teams player, maybe field kicks? He is a tough kid.
 
I expect Rosier to start next game. But also at least 2 youngins to play at least a quarter each.

The allow the senior qb play until he's gone ain't gonna cut it this time... we don't run a triple option offense so MR needs to throw from the pocket.... and if the pocket breaks down he's expected to scramble and still throw accurately.
 
Posters voting are the same people before lsu game predicted we would win game, and many predicted we would blow them out. Most posters on this site were dead wrong about our teams performance this year. Many predicted a max of 1 loss this year and a coastal championship. They were wrong. Based on posters prior inability to judge our teams capabilities, no serious person can place any credibility in what posters think about future qbs. My past posts before season began predicted 3-4 losses this year. No one was as negative as I about our prospects. Now after first game debacle the “genius” cis posters shed their homer persona and like lemmings want to fire coaches and bench many starters. A repeat of same crap that has occurred since 2003.

Couldn't agree more. We need a QB that can atleast hit the broad side of a barn with his passes. He had so many options open the entire game, but he couldn't hit any of them. The guy couldn't even get the ball to the line of scrimmage on the plays when he had to scramble and try to throw the ball away. Maybe we should switch to the triple option. lol. Or let DJ be the starting QB.

Hey GT came very close to beating us with that shiit. Yea but their qb when he threw he was surprisingly accurate... forget it we're back to square one.
 
The thing is the games we may lose with the freshmen we will likely lose with Malik also. Blacksburg, Boston, UNC on the short week, FSU, and Tech in Atlanta could be tightly contested. Either way CMR runs the risk of losing 5 or 6 games and squarely on the hot seat heading in to the UF game next year.
