FYI Kaaya actually carried his HS team in the Cali championship game with his running...Oddly enough he looked out of place under Golden/Coley in that same scenario...

I assume Golden and Coley didn't want Kaays to run due to the risk of injury. And I actually don't fault them for that.

There is a difference between running against 200 lb HS defenses and running against 300 lb CFB defensemen.

Richt actually has a pretty good history of letting his QB take off when he needs to. Certainly Shockley did it, but even David Greene and Aaron Murray got calculated yards with their legs. And the QB draw/option was fairly prevalent with Matt Stafford as well. Wouldn't surprise me to see Kaaya tuck and run more than we've seen (not a lot of course, but enough to frustrate a defense from time to time...)

Throwing a 2 yard pass on 3rd and 10 is what coley did a lot of the time.

If you say, Kaaya wasn't willing to make the big plays, then you have to specifically show where he didn't, or wouldn't, make the big plays. As in a YouTube of plays where he passed up a reasonable downfield target for a short gain. Otherwise it's just made-up bull****.

You're making up a mythology of Kayaa passing up big plays with ZERO documentation. That's called bull****.

5:10 3rd and 10, throws for 3yds. Even better view is at 5:26, we literally see a guy running wide open deep.
This is the first video I watched and I will admit the absolutely stupid amount of screens we ran probably made it seem like he was taking the shorter options more often than he actually was. When you run 4 screens a quarter it definitely makes it seem like you're throwing it short for no gain more than you actually are.
If I watch more tape I'll probably find that he was trying to hit the big plays, but just wasn't making good enough throws.
Also i think on 3rd downs we ran a lot of comeback routes, which he just didn't hit too well, and theres a lot of evidence on that on other tapes.

Honestly, this is more of an indictment on Coley and his play calling(or lack there of) than of Brad. Sure he has some limitations, but quite a bit of that was coaching and play calling.
