Official QB Jaden Rashada: COMMITS… & then Flips to the gator… & then the gator welches on the payments so he doesn’t enroll and rescinds NLI

His deal csnt be contingent on enrolling at Miami or it’s illegal. So as long as performs the deal it doesn’t matter where he enrolls
Correct, he signed with Lifewallet not UM... If Ruiz cancels the deal that's blatantly saying he was paid to go to UM...
Now in reality we know he was paid to go to UM but you have to accept the risks of something like this happening in the process...

Interesting that the Mods let something like this slide but if call someone on here a name you get banned. :stephenahand:
It's been explained in the past why it happens this way... Best to just move on and leave it be.... There will always be contradiction in stuff...

Ruiz likely has stipulations built into these contracts. Like no showing for a photo shoot us a breach of contract and he can terminate the agreement. He is to smart to get burned by this.

That being said he may honor a few jist for the optics.

People will look at this in the lense that it was a payment for him to attend Miami, which he isn't. So a waste of ruiz money. At it's core, that's truly what it is. Ruiz will get a ton of publicity on it, so he probably doesn't give a ****. His ROI is there. And it'd be funny as **** if rashada is made to fly to Miami during Florida's season for commercials lmao

So he’s our Kirby Smart? I’ll take it if we get the same recruiting as well with it
Problem with that comparison is Kirby Smart is one **** of a defensive coach. As a result, while he may make boneheaded head coaching decisions, you can pretty much guarantee that uga will field a competitive defense under his regime. With Mario, there are no guarantees on either side of the ball.

Well remember when Ruiz signed the gaytor long snapper and the kid got ridiculed so bad he had to say no to 50k? Let’s see how the ufag fans treat Jaden

Ruiz should have a clawback provision for such breaches and then relentlessly go after high school punks that pull stunts like this. But in reality, what’s done is done. To your point, the contract assuredly contains a termination provision for failure to cure a material breach (e.g., blowing off a photo shoot) upon two weeks notice, or something of the sort.

It would be bad for business if he clawed back a Lw contract every time a kid signs elsewhere. It would damage the legitimacy of LW as an NIL provider.

Sorry I was absent that day. Is there a makeup test?
Yes there's a makeup test....

If he got a few mil as reported I doubt Jaden will care in the least bit....
Plus he signed with Lifewallet long before he committed to Florida...

This kid is talented but this was a ***** made move you didn’t upgrade leaving us you went to another sorry *** program that’s shown nothing amazing either all year it’s clearly about the offense we’re showing and money but if your a real leader you tell Mario your concerns and let him show you he can fix it why commit and run when times are tough that’s what makes this so *****

Oregon people will tell you that Cristobal is a great recruiter but can’t coach his way out of a paper bag.
They also said Mario left them with a weak roster after getting thrashed by UGA....I'll take his two conference championship wins over Miami's one horrific appearance any day...

Interesting that you assume we see every comment.

And some comments will catch bans, regardless of who they’re directed at. Some won’t even if they’re schmucky like the one you quoted.

And this goes to you and whoever else - Please don’t become a part of our issues here by starting in on us. Maude’s have enough on their hands here this season.

K thx.

All I did was point out someone bashing our coach.

Sorry it upset you.

I come in peace.

I could see Ruiz just taking the loss here. It will show the NCAA that he is not using the deals to entice recruits to sign with Miami if they try to open an investigation.
