It’s not a coincidence that he fired everyone as soon as he got the job and that he needs an OC. You’re making up the rest.

Like I said, the clean slate makes the OC job more attractive to anyone not just Fedora. On top of that, once he hires the OC they can work together on assembling the offensive staff.

You don’t want to hire a QB coach and then hire an OC who also coaches QBs or who happens to hate the QB coach you hired. It makes sense to wait to hire any offensive assistants until after you hire the OC no matter who the OC is.

Those guys were gone regardless. Manny hated the offense and hated Rick’s approach.

Ken Dorsey has won at every level, he literally taught Newton how to read a defense which is how he got to NFL MVP and Super Bowl. Out of Auburn Newton couldn't read any defense and had very limited plays. Dorsey's time with Newton at IMG during the strike is why Newton was able to put up a great rookie year and flourish after that. Newton has been injured for years - his shoulder was just mismanaged this year with too many throws too soon. Dorsey would be a terrific draw for any players considering Miami. Just ask his former "students" at IMG, two high schools in SoFL, and at the many camps he has participated in. Hard to imagine Diaz passes up the opportunity right now to finally bring him back to the U. Timing was never right in prior years.
 
I am sure he is going to take a demotion to QB coach from OC when people are already trying to get him to be OC at a bigger school.... while were add it lets ask the Rams HC to be our OC

What you state is obvious. I am just speculating from the facts. There is a lot of speculation on message boards. Fedora's name was floated around same time as the purge. That is not made up.

There are OC names being floated because we need to hire an OC. You get that right?
 
Do NOT let someone tell you this style of hat is a fedora. It is not. It is a trilby and is worn today only by homosexuals and Cubans.

coley wants to come back can do so at wr as well as qb as was wr coach for Georgia. so can bring him back in multiple roles if u do bring him back he has to get recruiting coordinator title as that's his biggest strength

Fedora is getting the most heat. But that has absolutely nothing to do with the decision to excise the tumor that was the offensive staff. You’re linking things that have nothing to do with each other.
