Know a few walk on candidates getting recruited locally...would otherwise go Ivy or T25 academic type institution. Coaches put in work with everyone.

It looks like a 2026 long snapper has committed.

For what it's worth, I checked Kohl's Kicking, and he's not highly ranked, but he might not have competed there since 2024.
He's ranked a little more highly by Rubio Long Snapping.

That's a great question. I've not read anything official, although I've heard coaches refer to it. If we're not doing PWO's, then this Diepenbrock kid is getting a scholly.

No unless they changed tweaked some of rules since the house settlement was announced. They had a hard cap of 105 walkons included but some programs that historically have a large number of walkons like Nebraska and A&M were *****ing about it.

Eventually I can see that changing because schools have an unlimited number of staff and each year the number keeps growing. According to Lake, Miami had 43 and that number has grown every year since Mario got here. More players would justify hiring more staff.
