Why do you guys care so much about who everyone else is rooting for? You guys root for whoever you want.

A lot of people (including myself) wanted us to lose after GT because we wanted Al golden and his pathetic defense gone. But now the defense has played really well the last 2 weeks and we're seeing a more aggressive style which is what we all wanted. So if we can continue playing like this then we wouldnt mind giving Golden another shot. So yes, all of us are rooting for UM. And No, it doesnt make us any less of fans.

I want miami to win every game, I'm rooting for Miami to beat FSU. I also think we beat them just cause there due and its kind of poetic.

I also want Al Golden and Mark Dorito fired regardless, this isn't a championship staff and it won't turn into one so there's no reason to keep em.

Ultimately I'm a Homer so I can't foot for my team to lose.

However, if we do lose playing with an aggressive "play to win" attitude and execution, then I can accept losing to a more talented team --- this time. But, if we lose with a passive scheme, hoping for mercy attitude from the corches, the vitriol will increase to a whole new level.

Just as we expect the players to give their all, I expect the corches to play to win. Everyone has to be "all in" on every snap, the entire game. Any less of an effort by the corches isn't going to cut it with the players, next year's recruiting class, or the fans.

Our players deserve the respect of the corches. Respect is expressed with showing confidence in players' abilities. If the corches have "corched up", then this is not a problem. If the corches have no confidence in their own corching abilities, it'll be plainly visible to us mopes, and Goldie better be wearing asbestos khakis and jockeys.

Two things:

1. If Golden beats FSU AND wins ou;, it would be the first time we ACTUALLY IMPROVED in the ACC since 2012 under Al. Considering this task is TREMENDOUS for a guy who has (a) never beat FSU and (b) has never won more than 2 games in a row to finish a season (this would be 6 in a row + bowl game). Let's see it happen.

2. This is incredibly stupid and kunty (about $$$ and the ADMIN). The ADMIN sucks because they make terrible decisions with their money and not because they have a "limited budget." The last three decisions all cost the school more money when you consider the buyouts involved. Please see my post below about this on page 9.

It's not hard. The point of the thread has been given several times. People were saying they would root against Miami until AG is fired. Well, now we have 3 wins in a row against mediocre opposition, and all of a sudden people are willing to put up with AG for at least another season just for a win vs. F$U? Either that, or they're too chicken **** to come in here and admit that they're rooting for F$U (so far, I believe only Duvalco has even come close).

That's amazing to me. It's like the wind sock at the airport the day before and after a cold front goes through. Goes one direction one day, turns around and goes the other way the next day. I've also not passed judgment on anyone who has come here and explained themselves. I've given rep, just like I'll do for you.

I've been rooting for Golden to vapor lock, and that hasn't worked out either.

I'll address your first sentence, because that's the only part that's relevant to this thread. And I think you're wrong about that. I've quoted some porsts that contradict what you're saying. I want those people to be men and come here and put it on the record that they are rooting for F$U. Several have come in and said they're rooting for Miami...even though I think they fully realize that a win vs. F$U kills all hope of AG being fired. Most of them are either MIA or ****ting their pants to avoid the question. I think that's very telling.
