We all share in the frustration in one way or another, at one extreme or the other. However, our Cane Brethren are united when it's time to face FSU, UF or ND. I'll admit, it's been a good while since we've seen the type of intensity, effort and IV's necessary to beat those hated rivals.

The UF game & the 7-0 top ten ranking start to last year was pretty killer..Ended by those up the road louses. Win with above mentioned IV type effort and passion and it's precisely what the program needs to help turn the corner.

Banners? If they keep flying and the team keeps winning...it'll be a pre game ritual/campaign I would gladly fund.

The point of this thread is for people who have been saying they are "rooting for us to lose every game until AG is fired" to man up and go on record for this game. If they've changed their tune now after 3 straight wins, that's fine, but I'd like to know why they changed their mind.

I can't imagine that beating Cinci, the worst VT team we've seen in decades, and a not very good UNC team would be nearly enough for people to change from "rooting for us to lose every game until AG is fired" to "rooting for us to lose every game except F$U, even if it means AG doesn't get fired". Let's face it, if we beat F$U, he's not going to get fired regardless what happens the rest of the season. Pretty much the only way he gets fired is for us to tank the rest of the season and get blown out by everyone left on the schedule.

So, are those who want AG fired still on board with rooting for us to lose against F$U? That's probably the only way you'll get what you want. Put your name on it.
 
I want Golden out of here yesterday but I still want us to beat the **** out of F$U each and every time we play those sister ****ers.

/I think we lose.
//Any thoughts on what the spread will be? I'm guessing -10 depending what happens with FSU/UVA next weekend.

First poster that changes his avatar to anything FSU, should be banned immediately.

WhoopingCane had Marquise Williams as his avatar, and underneath that, an endorsement for him to win the Heisman. I've seen posters do Tech (both of them), and countless other pro whoever we are playing crap.

OP is spot on. Where are those same posters that was rooting for is to lose to everyone on our schedule? All of a sudden it's FSU, and it's different? Why?
 
I remember a few saying they wanted to lose every game if that got Golden out. I don't take names because that's just the fumes from the ruins of Louisville/Nebraska/GT. If we had not beaten Duke, VT and UNC, they would be out in force, hoping/praying/demanding a loss to the Noles. But now that the Canes are on a winning streak of sorts, there's no point in purposefully wanting a loss to the Noles because even if we get blown out Golden isn't going anywhere now. No point in coming out and saying that now I would think.

And I have a problem with that. Either man up and state you were you being an insufferable ****, or continue to stand on that soap box. They always talk about slurpers sticking their heads in the sand. What are they doing now?

Who cares? If you wanted us to lose every game so that AG would get fired 3 weeks ago, why would that change now? We've beaten no one.

This has nothing to do with mopers and slurpers. I've seen so-called slurpers call for AG's head, and I've seen so-called mopers say that they're back on board if we beat F$U.

How about you? Are you rooting for us to lose to F$U? Put your name on it.
 
if we play like we did the last three game we have a good shot to beat the,/ knock of Winston. Hopefully AG doesn't play like a coward and go back to bend but don't break crap. Play to win not to lose.
 
F$u is everything that is wrong with CFB. You're simply cannot be a Cane fan and want f$u to win in 2 weeks.
