I was so optimistic for this outcome last week got blasted for saying bama would be out for a loss

We absolutely deserve to be in on resume over bama and ND. I think we’re the easiest team to leave out for them due to SEC conference and the ND Brand. My only thought is that today was so bad for Alabama that they simply have to look harder at that FSU loss, and that bad escape job against Auburn. If we get left out, it will be an incredibly bad look. Also, at what point are people going to look at those 4 ranked wins in a row seriously? Three of those teams have beaten who, exactly, to deserve being ranked?

They tried to, but everyone now is talking about that FSU loss. Had Alabama played a close game, like the committee expected, all the talk would have been about the great matchup and how they both deserve to be in the playoffs. Now? Everyone is talking about Alabama's poor performance against Auburn, and their drubbing to FSU, who stinks, and we just happened to beat on the same field. Not to mention their incredibly terrible performance tonight. If they were playing a team with a better O, they lose by 40.

I think the committee figured this out come and ranked teams to make it an easy decision. They did what they could to keep bama in the playoffs and they will call it that way tomorrow boldface.. media and out cry be damned. bama will split us and nd keeping the head to head out of play.
